I'm a RYT 500 yoga teacher who believes practice should be intelligent, kind, and accessible. I weave breathwork, classic asana, and functional movement with clear, supportive cues—so you build strength and ease, focus deeply, and leave feeling at home in your body.

Strengthen patterns you use every day—hinge, squat, push, pull—and improve joint resilience. I balance classic asana with functional movement to support a capable, adaptable body.
